A high-profile FTSE 100 Real Estate Business are recruiting a Finance Analyst for their Head Office central finance team. This role is based in Central London and reporting to the Finance Manager. You will take ownership of management accounting, financial control, and performance analysis. You will also business partner senior colleagues, multiple business units and provide them with information to support sound commercial decision making.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the reporting and forecasting of the Groups central services function. This role will business partner with senior stakeholders. You will manage the Groups recharges across all business units as well as taking control of month end journals. You will lose working with the Group reporting team to ensure that technical accounting matters such as share based payments, lease accounting and acquisition accounting are appropriately reflected in forecasts. There will be opportunity to support the broader FP&A team. There will also be Ah hoc analysis and project work required. This role manages a team of one.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with good working knowledge of Financial accounting and Management accounting. You will demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, influence at a senior level and deliver in a demanding environment.
