Systems, processes and structures are all aspects that are subject to change and this role will require you to guide a team through this, whilst ensuring that BAU and deadlines are maintained. As such, an ability to lead people through change will be a key skill to draw upon.

A Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or Qualified By Experience within a large, centralised services function is a pre-requisite. Financial reporting, transaction processing and supplier payments all flow through this team. Tenacity, tact and a logical approach to a role with multiple and diverse challenges will be required
