We are looking for a Management Accountant with financial analysis and transactional finance experience to join a Global Real Estate Services Firm as a Senior Finance Analyst. This position is paying £50-57k and is based in Central London with Hybrid working. This is a broad position covering P&L management, billing, cost control and payroll reconciliation.

The Role

• Manage month-end closing procedures, including balance sheet reconciliations and profit-and-loss (P&L) analysis, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide comprehensive financial analysis that aligns with business objectives, offering valuable insights to guide decision-making.
• Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate submission of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Play a key role in evaluating and enhancing operational finance workflows to drive efficiency, cut costs, and strengthen internal controls. Produce monthly management reports at the Service Line level for leadership.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and optimizing cash flow.

Your Profile

• You will need to have both management accounting experience as well as transactional finance experience (Billing, WIP etc).
