Practice Experienced Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Accountant to manage a portfolio of clients while ensuring compliance with UK accounting and tax regulations. The role reports directly to partners and offers opportunities for growth, a competitive salary, and various benefits.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Manage client portfolios, ensuring compliance with HMRC and Companies House deadlines.
• Prepare financial statements for small to medium-sized limited companies.
• Handle quarterly VAT returns, CIS returns, Payroll and auto-enrolment pensions.
• Prepare personal, corporation, and partnership tax returns.
• Organize and finalize client's jobs, liaising with clients, partners, auditors, and HMRC.
• Prepare audit files and assist auditors.
• Experience in QuickBooks, Tax Calc, Sage 50, and Sage Payroll.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Essential: Qualified Accountant with UK Accountancy practice experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
