A leading, market disrupting Payments / FinTech business are seeking a new addition to their growing Payment Operations division. You will have the opportunity in a high performing team where you will contribute to how a payments business excels in a competitive market.

Duties will include:

• Managing all daily incoming and outgoing payments
• Reconciling inbound and outbound payments
• Investigating payment and banking queries
• Liaising with multiple banking partners
• Investigating unallocated and/or non-received funds
• Supporting other internal teams in resolving client account discrepancies

Skills and experience required:

• Would suit applicants with 1 to 2 years' experience working within banking or payment operations / back office
• Desire to develop you career in payment operations in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
• Degree level educated
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent investigation skills
