Responsibilities:


Deal Execution:
  • Play a key role in the execution of real estate and gaming transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services.
  • Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence to support transaction processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.


Industry Research:
  • Stay abreast of trends, developments, and regulatory changes in the real estate and gaming industries.
  • Conduct in-depth industry research to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.


Client Interaction:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and helping them achieve their financial goals.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics and transaction details.


Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with senior bankers and other team members to contribute to the overall success of the Real Estate and Gaming Investment Banking group.
  • Work closely with professionals from various disciplines, including legal, compliance, and other support functions.


Transaction Documentation:
  • Draft and review transaction-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to facilitate the timely and efficient closing of transactions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on real estate and/or gaming transactions.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and market dynamics.
