The Consultancy Group are working with a FTSE Tech organisation on a Finance Analyst opportunity. This role suits someone who is looking for their first move into Industry or someone who has recently qualified in Industry.
A great role to be part of the Commercial Finance team as a Finance Analyst, where you will contribute to critical internal and group processes, including month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
In this position, you will conduct detailed analyses of financial and non-financial data for the Business Unit within the Global Product Organisation (GPO), ensuring that all deliverables are accurate and timely.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Finance Business Partner (FBP) and GPO leadership team to develop accurate budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and systems. Complete essential group tasks, including month-end close, variance analysis, and accuracy improvement.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute monthly and ad-hoc performance reports, along with analyses of financial and non-financial data, for GPO leaders and Group Finance.
- Conduct evaluations and develop insights on costs, revenue, and SaaS KPIs from diverse data sources, supporting the FBP and leadership in driving commercial performance and understanding financial results.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in processes and tools for management and KPI reporting, enhancing the organisation's capacity to achieve strategic plans.
- Standardise and automate processes and analyses to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
