We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner - Supply Chain to join our team.

The position offers significant opportunities for progression and the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation. You’ll act as a vital link between Finance and Supply Chain, driving collaboration and supporting the business in achieving its strategic goals.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about Finance who wants to make a real impact by supporting and enhancing our Supply Chain operations.

Your responsibilities in the role will be :

  • Business partnering with UKI SC and Co-manufacturing team
  • Strong partnership with UKI and Europe finance teams
  • Owning COGS/Distribution forecast for UKI
  • Communication to UKI SC, Finance and business leadership
  • Support period close process and provide understanding and insight into performance.
  • Reporting and analysis including periodic reporting, periodic forecast analysis and deck preparation
  • Driving productivity agenda for UKI SC
  • Identifying risks and opportunities short/medium term
  • Supporting logistics network design optimization projects
  • Supporting strategic plan and AOP development, including deck analysis and deck preparation
  • Identifying dashboards, reports and analyses that can be completed using a digital solution as opposed to current excel workbooks.
  • Providing ad-hoc projects and analysis as requested


This list covers the main duties you will undertake but other duties will be required and added to as required to meet project and business needs. Flexibility to support the business is essential to the role

The successful candidate will have :

  • Bachelor's Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred)
  • Master and/or CIMA / ACA / ACCA qualification preferred
  • Prior Experience in procurement finance
  • Fluency in English
  • Highly analytical, motivated, with excellent collaboration skills
  • Ability to think broadly and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence at all levels
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of core business processes
  • Advanced in MS Office programs
  • Strong collaboration & matrix management skills required, planful, comfortable with the detail
  • Leverages understanding of key business drivers to deliver results
  • Work to identify areas for improvement
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Prior experience of SAP preferred


This role is based in Farringdon ( London ) and it will be required to come to the office2- 3 days a week.
