Responsibilities
- Lead and execute M&A transactions within the consumer sector, with a focus on the German market
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential M&A opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and financial professionals
- Analyze and evaluate potential M&A targets, including financial performance, strategic fit, and risk assessment
Qualifications
- 6+ years of successfully executing M&A transactions within the consumer sector
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence experience
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to M&A transactions
