We are looking to expand our established finance team situated in the heart of Preston.
What will your day-to-day look like?
What will the successful candidate have?
Experience working with Merit Payroll Software or similar is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Please reach out for more information!
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Data entry, managing online timesheets and running import routines from various portals.
- Processing of deemed and PAYE payments, including RTI submissions to HMRC & pension uploads.
- Dealing with, escalating and managing queries raised by internal/external stakeholders.
- Resolve contractor and umbrella company queries and disputes in a professional/timely manner.
- Monitor any potential issues such as fraudulent timesheets that may put the business reputation at risk or incur costs.
What will the successful candidate have?
- At least 1-2 year’s payroll experience.
- Ability to work innovatively to maximise efficiency across the team and business.
- Ability to prioritise, work to deadlines and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to multi-task and plan and organise to a high standard.
