As a Part-Qualified Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insightful financial analysis and assist in key decision-making processes that drive business performance. You Will:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Analyse financial performance against targets and provide actionable insights to business leaders
- Support in the development and maintenance of financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes
- Conduct cost analysis and margin reviews to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with non-finance teams to provide financial guidance and help drive business initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and procedures
- Assist with the preparation of year-end financial statements and audit processes
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting projects as required
You'll Have:
- Part-qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or ACA (or equivalent) with progress toward completion
- Previous experience in a finance or analytical role, ideally within a consumer goods or fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in Excel (financial modelling, advanced functions, etc.) and experience with financial software/systems
- Good understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
