  • Analyse financial performance against targets and provide actionable insights to business leaders
  • Support in the development and maintenance of financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes
  • Conduct cost analysis and margin reviews to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with non-finance teams to provide financial guidance and help drive business initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and procedures
  • Assist with the preparation of year-end financial statements and audit processes
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting projects as required

You'll Have:
  • Part-qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or ACA (or equivalent) with progress toward completion
  • Previous experience in a finance or analytical role, ideally within a consumer goods or fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Excel (financial modelling, advanced functions, etc.) and experience with financial software/systems
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

They'll Offer:
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Opportunities for professional development
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Exposure to a wide range of financial processes and business functions
  • A chance to make a direct impact on the success of a leading consumer organisation

If you're ready to take the next step in your finance career and join a thriving organisation where your contribution will make a real difference, I'd love to hear from you!
