In this role, you will partner with leadership teams, providing commercial and financial insights that drive decision-making at the highest levels. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting new product launches, market analysis, and business intelligence, ensuring that our affiliates are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead financial planning for international affiliates, including budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Deliver actionable insights through monthly and quarterly analysis of financials and sales data.
• Support new product launches with strategic market analysis and sales force planning.
• Collaborate on market intelligence projects and provide input into pricing strategies.
• Serve as a local liaison for statutory financials and audits.

What You Bring:

• A degree in finance or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification preferred (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
• Proven experience in financial planning, business analytics, and stakeholder management.
• A track record of success in a commercial role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
