We are currently partnering with a Market Leading Specialty Insurance and Reinsurance company to recruit a Delegated Authority Bordereau Analyst. Supporting the DA Oversite Manager, the successful candidate will be tracking/processing, in a consistent manner providing accurate and timely management information, whilst ensuring improvement in quality of all bordereau information data.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Strategy & Planning:
  • Assisting the management and processing of received bordereau.
  • Managing the bordereaux collection process and escalating issues to DA Business Partners.
  • Problem solving and liaising with Coverholders and Brokers when issues arise.
  • Ensuring effective communication is maintained with all parties involved.


Policy, Process and Procedures:
  • Working with the DA Business Partners to ensure a sensible direction for market bordereau changes.
  • Review and enhance key areas of data improvement in line with Lloyd’s standards on changes to Lloyd’s reporting standards and requirements.
  • Management and production of bordereaux MI and other Binder/Bordereau reporting.
  • Ensuring that all process and training documentation is kept up to date.


Environmental Awareness/Customer Focus:
  • Day-to-day administrative support, ensuring ongoing DA service delivery, their compliance with service levels, the timely delivery and processing of bordereaux (Risk), the dissemination of performance & regulatory information, pertaining exposure and Conduct Risk compliance;


Technical Performance:
  • Assist the Conduct area in operating product oversight procedure for delegated authority business via bordereau data
  • Provide technical advice on bordereau data requirements for specific territories and classes of business.


The ideal candidate should have:

  • Progression towards ACII preferred, or a willingness to undertake professional study when in role.
  • Understanding of Lloyd’s delegated bordereau standards
  • Preferred experience with BDX bordereau system, including mapping
  • Minimum 3+ years in the London Insurance Market in an operational, reporting or support role
