Role Definition
Primary financial and accounting support for a focus facility, subsidiary, or business unit team; providing business analysis, cost analysis, financial counsel and strategic planning/analysis support to the Management Team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with business unit planning for upper level management, including facility manager, business unit manager and Vice President.
- Cost and investment analysis for upper level management (i.e. plant rates, ROI, Pricing and Make/Buy studies).
- Involved in consensus decision-making regarding the facility and/or business being supported.
- Responsible for routine monthly reporting including profit center results and Rolling Business Management (RBM) as well as annual business processes, including the business plan, and executive reviews.
Qualification :- CA/ICWA(CMA).
