About The Role: Executive Regional Accounts- South
This position reports to the DGM Commercial,
As Executive Regional Accounts, you will work closely together with business and
handle Regional Accounting functions as per organization requirement
We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and experienced person to join our team.
As an Executive Regional Accounts the person needs to provide complete support to the
Business to achieve the objectives as Back-end support function.
What You Will Do :
Have experience to handle Regional level Accounts function
Day to day transaction handling for the Region
Looking after Petty case payment, booking of vouchers & expenses bill in
ERP
Doing Bank receipt entry, adjustment of receipts & Bank reconciliation
Doing Invoicing of customers and generate IRN & E-waybill
Verification & Booking of Vendor Bills & sending payment request at HO as
per schedule. Vendor reconciliation & Balance confirmation.
Managing Regional AR, coordination with Sales Team & Dealer / Customer
for payment. Issue reminder letter.
Follow-up with Dealers / Customers for BG, NDC & Balance confirmation
Good sound knowledge about GST, GST Return, handling GST Audit
Preparing monthly Provision for Region and send to HO as per reporting
schedule
Have good working knowledge under ERP platform. Preferable Microsoft
AX or D365
Have sound knowledge in Microsoft Office specially Excel
Coordination with other functions of The Region & HO and to ensure that
job assigned is done within time line
Handling local administration and IT related mater.
Dynamic & Go-getter attitude. Should be a Task Master.
Desirable knowledge of Microsoft Power BI

prioritize and communicate progress
Good written and oral communication skills,
“Service provider” mentality and “business partner” oriented.
Strong time management, planning and reporting skills.
Must have Knowledge in MS Excel (advanced) & ERP
Desirable Knowledge - Hands on in Microsoft Power BI
Job requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce. Master qualification will be an added advantage
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience of related fields
Ability to handle target-oriented work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
