Minimum requirements:
Grade 12
Relevant qualification in Agriculture/ Business Development/Engineering or IndustrialEngineering will be an advantage
Must have experience within a citrus packhouse
5 - 10 years experience in a similar role
Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, SIZA, and Global Gap Accreditation
Experience with HR and IR
Financial management/budgeting experience
