Finance Manager

Your new company
A fast-growing SME consultancy looking to hire a No.2 in finance, to report into the Finance Director. They currently are a £15 million company and are growing by £2 million per year.
Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Director, you will support with all-round finance duties. You will be responsible for:

• Preparation and processing of month-end journals
• Variance analysis
• Liaise with external accountants on the preparation of annual statutory accounts
• Assist with the preparation of the annual business plan
• Maintenance and adjustment of the budget model
• Preparation of forecasts
• Cash management
• Support in the development and migration of business and accounting systems

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will be fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA). It is essential that you have experience working in a service-led business. You will be comfortable working in a hands-on role with broad responsibilities. Experience with Xero or Power BI is beneficial but not essential.
