- Learn understand and implement the Brand and Strategy.
- Assist in building a team culture to achieve a high performing organisation (HPO)
- Manage and delegate responsibilities
- Take operational responsibility for the business.
- Take responsibility of all financial reporting issuing of reports for review by the Dealer
- Work with Forecount.Team Leaders/Supervisors and conduct shift talks on daily basis.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including the Director, Finance department , HR department and Maintenance department.
- Liaise and build new relationships with external stakeholder such other aligned business partners and the community
- Implement business branding, promote and be an Ambassador of the site
- Manage with the Site Supervisor and ensure staff retention and an incentive plan
- Walk the floor and interact with customers.
- Preparation of DIPS and manually check fuel capacity and follow the safety procedure of barricading
- Ensure that DIPS completed before and after all bulk fuel deliveries.
- Conduct the DIPS reading and record it for fuel recon purposes
- Compare the DIPS with the ATG
- Capture the pump readings and submit same to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure and monitor stock levels fuels
- Oversee the capturing of SR/SIAM/Turnover Levy/ Fault logging ect;
- Ensure that the fore Count staff comply with all promotional items
- Review and Audit of Captured invoices on WinBranch.
- Manage daily shift handover checklist and ensure shift talks are done with clear parameters
- Ensure smooth close and submit applicable reports to the Director, Finance department and the HR department.
- Ensure that customers are served with the appropriate fuel grade and/ or oil grade and that forecount attendants confirm with customers the grade of product at least three 3 (3) times before dispensing the products.
- Assist in the management of the office administration
- Control computer usage systems and applications
- Assist in managing data integrity
- Assist in managing financial data integrity
- Review and check bank deposits speed points/collections by Cash Management Services
- Manage and increase profitability
- Manage oil reconciliations
- Manage quarterly auditing and implements recommended processes
- Diploma qualification with minimum 1-2 year's experience in finance and retail
- Microsoft Office (Word,PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- High level of numerical literacy
- Excellent customer service and building coalition with stakeholders
