Are you a skilled Cost and Management Accountant with a passion for optimizing manufacturing operations?Duties & ResponsibilitiesJoin a dynamic team in the heart of Cape Town's northern suburbs, where your expertise will drive strategic financial insights and operational efficiency.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Cost analysis and variance reporting
• Inventory accounting and reconciliations
• Standard vs actual costing
• Manufacturing overheads monitoring
• BOM reviews
• Process efficiency and cost saving initiatives
• Financial compliance
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Month-end closes
• Insight reports

Education Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Cost and Management Accounting

Job Requirements and Skills:

• 4 to 5 years' experience in a cost and management accounting role essential
• Manufacturing industry experience is essential
• Experience managing multi-discipline, cross functional teams essential
• Proficient in MS packages
• Sound knowledge of the regulatory, statutory and compliance frameworks
• Deadline driven
• Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
• Team player
