Job & Company Description:This multinational and progressive company based in the Northern suburbs is looking for a technically savvy professional to join their dynamic and vibrant finance department on a 3 month contract position. The person who will fill this role must be able to juggle 20 different balls at the same time and lead the AR team to manage efficiently, compliant and timely customer invoice to cash-in and cash out, with permanent focus on process improvement. Your exposure to and understanding of Ensure the timeliness and quality of the monthly AR & TTM Customer closing process, and the justification of AR Customers balances will assist you ease the challenges that the day to day running of this role. You will be responsible for the following:
Monitor and improve the efficiency of the Order to Invoice process
Support in the cash forecast
Ensure the control of the credit risk with the customers
Month end and Reporting
Drive individual and team performance improvement
Management of AR , Cash collections and TTM systems
Qualifications:
Completed Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
Master's degree would be an added advantage
Experience:
6+ years' experience in a senior role in credit management
5 years in FMCG credit management
SAP experience
Management of large teams
Experience with Electronic data interchange, automation/digitilization projects
A working knowledge of credit-related law
Skill:
Assertive and firm when necessary
Leadership traits
Well-developed planning & organizing Skills
A developed service mindset, demonstrating initiative and a proactive nature
Ability to implement systems, policies and procedure
Ability to manage successful relationships with external and internal stakeholders
