The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the group's financial operations, ensuring compliance, and leading the financial reporting function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial accounting, reporting, and tax-related functions across the group, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
• Oversee both SOX compliance for group and the annual external audit, working directly with external auditors to ensure smooth, efficient audits and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Lead the resolution of complex technical accounting issues, ensuring compliance with AIFRS and US GAAP.
• Work closely with the CFO to support financial operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment on financial goals and performance.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies to support the organisation's growth and success.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting at a senior level, with strong expertise in both AIFRS and US GAAP.
• In-depth knowledge of SOX compliance and experience managing external audits, with a hands-on approach to ensuring smooth audit processes.
• Expertise in resolving complex technical accounting challenges and driving financial transparency across the organisation.
• A proactive and adaptable team player who thrives in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
