Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Finance & Accounts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. The role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has exceptional communication skills. The Manager of Finance & Accounts will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations for the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The candidate must be proficient in accounting software, have experience working with financial statements, and have a good understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations for the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and tax laws
• Manage the financial reporting process and provide accurate and timely financial information to management
• Manage the cash flow and treasury functions of the company
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits
• Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Manage and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CA(Inter),
• 4-10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP
• Experience working with financial statements
• Good understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax laws
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Hands on experience in TDS, P.Tax & other statutory matters
