We're a high-growth healthcare SaaS company seeking an entrepreneurial CFO who can scale our financial operations from startup to industry leader. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution as we revolutionise the healthcare technology space.

About you

We're looking for a CFO who thinks like a founder and acts like an operator. You'll be both architecting our financial strategy and rolling up your sleeves to implement it. This isn't a traditional corporate CFO role - we need someone who can build systems from scratch and thrive in ambiguity.

Key responsibilities

Own the full financial strategy and execution, from day-to-day operations to board-level planning

Build and lead a high-performing finance team from the ground up

Develop sophisticated financial models and metrics for a SaaS business

Create scalable processes that can grow 10x with the business

Partner with the executive team on strategic decisions and resource allocation

Manage compliance, audit, and risk management functions

Must Have Qualifications

Proven track record as a financial leader in B2B SaaS startups that have scaled significantly

Experience taking a company from Series A/B to later stages of growth

Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and growth dynamics

Strong background in fundraising and investor relations

Expert in modern finance tech stack

The Ideal Candidate

Has been a key player in at least one successful startup exit

This position reports directly to the CEO and is based in Australia.
