Chief Operating Officer

£70K - £90k D.O.E

NW London, hybrid working.

Our client is a prestigious law firm, situated in NW London. They are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer. This is a new role and a vital part of the firm’s strategic planning.

About the Role

You will be working closely with Equity Partners and Managing Partner to work on the exciting firm’s long-term growth plans.

• Driving projects forward
• Involved with M&A transactions
• Working with the fee earners and wider team
• Improving profit and employee performance within the firm
• Staff training and overseeing implementation
• New Office opening and staffing
• Reviewing internal systems and procedures

What they are looking for

• An experienced Chief Operations Officer with at least 2 years in a similar role
• You will have extensive financial experience in professional services (ideally a law firm) with a staff count of at least 25 - A recognised finance qualifications is desired
• Have a solution led approach
• Confident manner with leadership skills
• Organised and strategic planning experience
• Analytical and dynamic
• Legal Compliance knowledge including the SRA
