About the Role

As Interim CFO, you’ll oversee the financial strategy and operations, driving business performance while ensuring the organisation is well-positioned for a successful equity injection. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership, your expertise will align the finance function with organisational goals, delivering impactful insights and leading initiatives that create long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading financial readiness for a capital raise, ensuring investor confidence.

- Managing treasury, cash flow, and financial reporting functions with precision.

- Driving pricing strategies, aligning financial and operational goals.

- Providing strategic leadership during an exciting period of transformation.

The Ideal Candidate

- Proven senior financial leadership experience, ideally within multi-channel or consumer-facing businesses.

- Expertise in capital raising, including navigating due diligence and investor relations.

- A commercially astute, hands-on leader with a collaborative mindset and a passion for sustainability.

East London (Hybrid - 2 days WFH)



Salary:
c. £150k + benefits, including a 9-day fortnight!
