Head of Commercial Finance - Exclusive Opportunity

As the number 2 to an excellent CFO, this role offers a clear succession pathway and significant influence within the organisation.

This is a pivotal leadership role, overseeing financial and commercial activities while driving business objectives.

You will lead a team of Business Partners and FP&A professionals, delivering insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and profitable growth across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality financial analysis and commentary to inform commercial decisions.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, liaising with UK and US teams.
• Deliver effective finance business partnering to leadership teams, supporting planning and performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Finance Business Partners and FP&A professionals.
• Manage operational reporting and performance monitoring, driving analysis and improvements.
• Driving change and improvements

Key Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Knowledge of UK, US, and IFRS accounting standards.
• Strong experience in financial accounting, financial planning, and financial reporting.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Recent hands-on experience in a similar role
• FS experience (preferred).

Salary and Key Benefits
