Responsibilities:


Assist in preparing and maintaining financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes.
Assist in tax planning, preparation, and filing of tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Analyze financial data and prepare reports to assist management in decision-making.
Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts and financial data.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Work with accounting software and tools for efficient data management and reporting.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide financial insights and solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:

Passed CA Intermediate with relevant work experience in accounting, audit, or finance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
