Roles & Responsibilities

'The role entails processing of forex merchant transactions in line with extant regulations'

Independently , Liaise with sales team and branches to close discrepancies

Rigorous follow up and ensure adherence to agreed TAT for closure of outstanding cases

Highlighting issues to senior stakeholders if not resolved

Maintain proper records for easy retrieval for data submission/verification

Provide accurate data to auditors

Secondary Responsibilities

'Understanding the system functionalities and ability to highlight inconsistencies

Bring new ideas and work towards improving efficiency on the desk

Key Success Metrics

'Error free processing of transactions within the agreed TATs and minimal audit observations ]]>
