Role Requirements

A grounded understanding of protection products to provide suitable protection advice

Natural ability to identify opportunities will be a key to your success within this role, mainly identifying opportunities to promote protection products where appropriate

A meticulous approach to paperwork, the accuracy of data entry/electronic filing.

A clear, concise, polite, and reassuring telephone manner.

Providing protection reviews to all new mortgage enquiries

Conducting annual reviews with existing clients to ensure their existing protection package is appropriate to their needs and circumstances

Renewing policies or winning back lapsed customers
