An opportunity to be a Commercial Finance Manager for an E-commerce business based in Droitwich. It’s a fast-paced SME with an ambitious growth plan and a dynamic finance team, that hopes to become market leaders in their field.

Main Duties:

As a Commercial Finance Manager, your main duties include:

* Preparation of consolidated monthly management accounts

* Review of individual company management accounts

* Management of a small team of Management Accountants

* Assisting in the production of monthly and annual financial reporting requirements

* Review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis

* Submission of VAT returns

* Involvement in improvements to internal processes and improving efficiencies within the team

Location / Office / Culture

The role is based in Droitwich, with a probation period that’s office based before going to a hybrid working model. The company operates from a modern office with a strong Finance Team.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

* An ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification (QBE will also be considered)

* Experience of managing and developing finance teams

* Experience with day-to-day financial management and support

* Confidence to build and maintain effective relationships with non-finance stakeholders

* Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills and good working knowledge of accounting software
