Our client is seeking a skilled Regional Controller/Finance Manager to manage and enhance financial operations across the UK and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to contribute to a growing international manufacturing and distribution company.

- Financial Leadership: Support financial planning and analysis to guide strategic initiatives and track performance.
- Broad Scope: Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax compliance, and support M&A projects.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage FP&A processes, budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Ensure timely month-end closes and adherence to international reporting standards.
- Collaborate on M&A activities and integrate financial operations.
- Oversee credit management, customer collections, and cash flow processes.
- Assist with payroll and HR matters in compliance with regional regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 10+ years in financial analysis within complex environments, 4+ years in project management.
- Skills: Advanced Excel and strong ERP system capabilities (Great Plains a plus); confident presenting to senior executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s in finance/accounting required; MBA or certifications are a plus.
- Traits: Effective communicator, team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.
