Finance Manager

Our client is seeking a skilled Regional Controller/Finance Manager to manage and enhance financial operations across the UK and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to contribute to a growing international manufacturing and distribution company.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Manage FP&A processes, budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Ensure timely month-end closes and adherence to international reporting standards.
• Collaborate on M&A activities and integrate financial operations.
• Oversee credit management, customer collections, and cash flow processes.
• Assist with payroll and HR matters in compliance with regional regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 10+ years in financial analysis within complex environments, 4+ years in project management.
• Skills: Advanced Excel and strong ERP system capabilities (Great Plains a plus); confident presenting to senior executives.
• Education: Bachelor’s in finance/accounting required; MBA or certifications are a plus.
• Traits: Effective communicator, team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.
