Key

Responsibilities:

• Business Partnership: Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and provide tailored financial support.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Decision Support: Provide timely and accurate financial insights to inform critical business decisions.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Project Management: Lead and support financial aspects of key business initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and the ability to translate financial information into actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Systems Proficiency: Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools) and advanced Excel skills.
• Qualifications: Ideally fully qualified ACCA, CIMA or ICAS.
