DK Recruitment are seeking an ACA or ACCA qualified Financial Accountant to lead the financial accounts team of a St Austell Brewery business. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will manage statutory reporting, strengthen financial controls, and oversee accurate financial transactions.

Prepare and deliver accurate group reporting packs and statutory accounts
Lead the financial accounts team to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Establish robust financial controls and procedures
Provide clear and concise financial reporting for senior management About You:

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with post-qualification experience
Strong knowledge of FRS 102, financial principles, and regulations
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
