About the Role:
Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant, the role involves diverse responsibilities across accounts payable and receivable, expense reporting, payroll assistance, and general administrative support.
Key
Responsibilities:
* Accounts Payable: Processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining supplier records.
* Accounts Receivable: Managing invoices, following up on payments, and maintaining customer accounts.
* Expense Reporting: Ensuring compliance with company policies while managing employee expense claims.
* Payroll Assistance: Supporting payroll processes as needed.
* Audit & Administration: Providing documentation for audits and performing general office duties.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar finance role.
* Proficiency with SAGE.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Strong time management skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
This is a full time permanent position with a salary of £25,000-£30,000p/a dependent on experience.
