We are pleased to be working with a highly innovative, forward thinking Accountancy Group who are searching for an experienced Tax Manager to join their awarding winning team.

A company who prides themselves on offering a highly bespoke and personalised approach to their clients, you will be responsible for leading and managing tax compliance work, while providing strategic tax advice to clients.

Hybrid working, both home and from the companies high-spec office based on the outskirts of Norwich. This is a full time, permanent opportunity, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, salary is based on experience and competitive within the market.

The day to day

* Your key responsibilities will be focused around identifying opportunities to grow relevant tax department fees through existing and new client work.

* Being able to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, including developing staff under your supervision.

* Working with the Senior Tax Management team to deliver team strategy, agreeing process and procedures, as well as implementation.

* Daily management of UK tax compliance work.

* Successful delivery, review and sign out of UK personal tax returns, trust accounts, trust tax returns.

* Provision of UK tax advisory services for individuals, including the preparation of technical tax advice notes and reports for clients if required.

* Ensuring up to date with UK tax law changes and sharing knowledge amongst the team.

* Supporting marketing and business development initiatives.

You will have/be

* Established Tax Manager with a successful track record with an array of industries.

* Experience within both advisory and tax compliance.

* Ideally CTA qualified (or equivalent).

* Strong technical ability, with strong commerciality.

* Ability to foster and develop client relationships.

* Results focused, with a drive to surpass standards.

* Ability to manage own workload and team workloads accordingly.
