Interim Group Financial Accountant

£60,000 - £70,000 + benefits

Our client, a market leading company, is seeking to recruit a rare opportunity for a senior position within their financial accountancy team. It will be your responsibility to manage their annual accounts and monthly reporting.

Your duties will include:

* Producing annual accounts under UK GAAP, IFRS

* Maintenance of the General ledger accounts

* Liaise with external auditors ensuring that the statutory audits both internal and external run smoothly

* Lead a small team of people who produce financial accounts for the business, ensuring that monthly reporting is accurate and within the company’s deadlines

To be successful you will be a qualified accountant and have experience of producing financial accounts. You will be technically competent, have previous experience of preparation of annual accounts to UK GAAP & IFRS Accounting standards.

Ideally you will live within commuting distance of South Yorkshire, as the company requires. You will need to be in the office for 3 days per week
