My client is looking for an experienced and visionary Financial Director to join our executive team. This critical role will drive financial strategy, ensure compliance, and lead the finance department to achieve ambitious goals.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, standards, and tax laws.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the board and senior management.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while supporting revenue growth strategies.
• Play a pivotal role in mergers, acquisitions, or other strategic financial activities as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Completed B Com Accounting Degree
• Minimum of 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, financial forecasting, and risk management.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
