The HR Systems & Payroll Team Leader Overview:

We are delighted to be supporting a fabulous client who are an established healthcare provider in the Oxfordshire region, who have a new opportunity for a HR Systems & Payroll professional, providing leadership and direction to the HR team.

The HR Systems & Payroll Team Leader will provide their expertise of workforce systems and payroll, to shape the HR system's efficiency and support payroll and pension operations. The postholder will enhance processes that support employee engagement and ensure compliance, leading a high-performing HR admin team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment.

The HR Systems & Payroll Team Leader

Responsibilities:


* Maintain and enhance the workforce system for accurate employee data management and streamlined operations.

* Support the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll/pension processing, complying with all relevant regulations and meeting employee expectations.

* Coordinate all HR administration and processes, including contracts, compliance and inductions.

* Generate and analyse key workforce and payroll reports to ensure compliance with legislation and support informed decision-making.

The HR Systems & Payroll Team Leader Candidate:

* Proven experience in HR and payroll management, with a focus on workforce management and leadership.

* CIPD qualification or working towards.

* Demonstrable ability to lead, inspire and develop a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion and engagement.

* Strong understanding of UK employment law, payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

* Excellent attention to detail, particularly concerning payroll accuracy, HR data management, and compliance.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
