Responsibilities:


- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.

- Demonstrate a strong ability to identifybusinessproblems and provide strategic solutions.

- Conduct in-depth financialanalysisand reporting to offer valuable insights into the company's financial performance.

- Collaborate closely with the CEO to prepare and present comprehensive reports analyzing criticalbusinessmetrics, revenue streams, and cost structures.

- Lead process reviews and provide recommendations for enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and varianceanalysisinitiatives, providing actionable recommendations.

- Interface with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze financial data for strategic decision-making.

- Apply advanced analytical and MS Excel skills to manipulate and interpret complex financial data.

- Ensure precision and attention to detail in all financial reports and analyses.

- Manage internal and external deadlines effectively, demonstrating a high degree of independence and multitasking.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-4 years of overall experience with a focus onbusinessanalysis.

- 2 years of post-MBA experience in a relevant field.

- Educational background in Engineering, complemented by an MBA from a tier 1 institution in Engineering orBusiness.

- Industry background in Media, IT services, or Manufacturing is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated experience in applyinganalysisto drivebusinessimprovements.
