Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement risk, capital, and liquidity management frameworks
• Advise on regulatory capital requirements, balance sheet management, and financial resources optimization
• Lead high-impact projects involving stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk appetite strategies
• Engage with senior stakeholders to present tailored risk management solutions
• Mentor junior team members and guide the execution of complex tasks under tight deadlines
• Participate in business development initiatives, helping to shape innovative solutions for clients

Qualifications:

• 4+ years' experience in banking risk management or financial resources management
• Post-graduate qualification in Risk, Finance, or Quantitative fields (CFA, FRM, PRMIA, FIA/FASSA preferred)
• Strong knowledge of prudential regulations (Basel, ALM, liquidity, capital)
• Proven ability to manage projects and present ideas to senior stakeholders
