They are looking for an experienced Accounts & Tax Senior Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.

As an Accounts & Tax Senior Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Setting performance expectations and leading teams to meet them

Maintaining regular and proactive communication with clients, identifying needs and suggesting improvements

Applying technical expertise in accounting and tax, interpreting laws, regulations, and standards for a diverse client portfolio

Demonstrating strong communication skills when working with both clients and team members

Reviewing the production of accounts for a range of clients, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships

Managing and reviewing tax returns prepared by junior staff

Assisting the partners with the growth of the business

Requirements

ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience

Experience gained within an accountancy firm
