Description

We are looking for a skilled Ground Staff, Air Ticketing, and Accounts Executive with 0-9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Ground Staff, Air Ticketing, and Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our airline and providing excellent customer service to our passengers.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
• Provide information to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
• Sell and issue tickets to passengers
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Prepare and submit daily reports
• Process invoices and payments
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0-9 years of experience in ground staff, air ticketing, and accounts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and accounting software
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
• Knowledge of airline operations and regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
