The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in management accounting within the property sector and a proven history of successful project budgeting. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, financial reports, and project budgets.
• Oversee the financial management of property development projects, ensuring accurate cost tracking and budget control.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop, monitor, and revise project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Conduct variance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve project profitability.
• Support the finance team in cash flow management, cost allocation, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Prepare financial reports for stakeholders, including senior management and investors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
