Introduction
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Client Success Manager will be responsible for building and
maintaining relationships with our clients by creating the best, customized
import solution for clients in various industries. They will be
responsible for forming trusting relationships with clients and having
oversight of all account activities, sorting out issues and pricing deals
presented to us in a way that will allow our clients to win the deals for
themselves. This persons role will be to 'wow' newly signed clients.
The Client Success Manager will be responsible for the following:
• Making key strategic decisions with clients
• Making key pricing decisions on clients' projects
• Responsible for resolving any issues arising from our service team
• Utilizing client relationships to upsell and grow revenue from client
by: selling them new products, introducing them to new
opportunities
SKILL SET AND DESIRED COMPETENCIES
• Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Applications
(i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Excellent use of the English language, both written and verbal
• Maintain effective daily communication with relevant team members
• Ability to adapt within the ever-changing shipping environment
• Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to proactively identify problems in advance
• Creative problem-solving ability
• Independent-thinker and resourceful
• Energetic, enthusiastic and personable
• General business acumen
