Role Overview:
As an Operations Support Analyst, you will play a key role in a dynamic, global team dedicated to providing essential support to the organization's compliance operations. The
Operations Support team is responsible for overseeing compliance cases, conducting global VATresearch, executing high-impact projects, and managing direct communication with Internal Stakeholders, clients and tax authorities across various jurisdictions
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Case Management:
o Manage a wide range of compliance cases across different VAT-related topics, ensuring
timely and accurate resolution.
o Oversee and streamline the increasing variety of Compliance Case request types.
o Lead and execute consulting cases, including addressing specific client requests and
providing tailored solutions.
- Project Management:
o Lead and execute key projects critical to business operations, ensuring timely delivery
and successful outcomes.
o Collaborate with other departments to manage cross-functional projects.
o Overseeing termination processes such as client VAT deregistrations and POA
withdrawals.
Research and Development (R&D):
o Engage in continuous R&D initiatives to identify trends, develop solutions, and strategize
ways to prevent recurring issues.
o Conduct global VAT research to provide timely, accurate advice and solutions to clients
and internal stakeholders.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Problem-Solving, Operational Efficiency and Growth:
o Assist the Operations Support Manager with various ad-hoc tasks and contribute to
improving operational efficiencies.
o Constant collaboration with the various Support teams.
o Drive complex problem-solving initiatives, working with internal stakeholders, clients and
tax authorities to resolve issues and develop long-term solutions.
o Implement strategies to foster team growth and professional development.

o Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple Compliance Cases,
projects and ad-hoc tasks simultaneously.
o Excellent time management, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
o Critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal
stakeholders, clients and tax authorities across different regions.
o A proactive attitude toward process improvement and continuous learning.
