In this role you will oversee the development, management, and growth of the Business transaction banking product sets. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will design, launch, and optimise solutions that meet evolving market demands and drive profitability. You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of transaction banking product sets inclusive of merchant acquiring, commercial cards, domestic payments solutions, cash management/liquidity solutions and digital platforms.

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of banking operations, financial products, and customer needs within the transaction banking sector.

• Experience in product management within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on transaction banking products
• Strong understanding of all transaction banking product sets, including cash management, payments and liquidity management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions
