If you are a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with experience in export accounting and a passion for excellence, NDC Personnel & Contractors has a role for you with an FMCG manufacturer in the Western Cape! They are seeking an Export Account Manager to join their team. In this critical role, you will oversee the commercial accounting of exports, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and efficient processes to support the company's operations.

Key responsibilities include reviewing weekly invoices and costs, managing exchange rate updates, compiling grower payouts, and processing forex payments. You'll also handle integration between systems like Palbroker, Xero, while ensuring compliance with local requirements. Your role will include preparing balance sheet control accounts, managing currency cashflows, and maintaining smooth communication with the Commercial team and clients.

The ideal candidate will hold a BAcc degree (Honours and completed articles are advantageous) and have strong knowledge of the export and fruit industries. With accounting experience in cash flow, cost management, and exchange rates. A proven ability to build relationships, manage teams, solve problems, and multitask under pressure is essential.
