This role requires proficiency in key areas such as costing, management accounting, inventory management, BBBEE compliance, budgeting, financial accounting, and tax services.

Additionally, the candidate must have practical experience in resolving cost queries, managing fixed asset registers, coordinating audits, and ensuring adherence to tax regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage costing, inventory control, and fixed asset registers.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, BBBEE, and tax regulations.
• Oversee internal and external audits and implement internal controls.
• Develop financial policies and procedures, maintaining management information systems.
• Provide leadership and training to junior staff members.
• Support the CFO and Financial Manager in financial planning and reporting.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent) is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and other financial regulations.
• Proven experience in a management accounting or similar role.
