Our client in the Oil & Gas industry is urgently looking for a Finance Clerk
This is an on-going contract

Location: Crown MinesDuties & ResponsibilitiesKey requirement

• Practical experience with SAP system
• Numerical skills
• Great written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Matric qualification and experience in finance or similar

Key responsibility

• Managing the purchasing process within an organization
• Work with vendors to place orders, negotiate prices and terms of sale, and ensure that products and services are delivered on time and as promised
• Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time
• Monitor inventory and processing orders for stock replenishment
• Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely
• Update all records of purchased products (GRN)
