This well-established, international company is searching for a dynamic CFO with a proven track record of leading key business functions and driving strategic growth.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs the Chief Financial Officer, you'll join an organization known for transforming the way businesses operate with advanced solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned financial leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will oversee the Finance, IT, HR, and Payroll functions, ensuring financial stability and operational excellence.

Other Duties Include:

• Leading and developing a high-performing finance team to deliver exceptional financial performance.
• Driving digital transformation across IT to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Managing company contracts and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborating with sales, service, and logistics teams on pricing, stock management, and procurement.
• Optimizing cost control while maintaining high-quality service and support.

Education:

• BCom Honours (minimum)
• Completed CIMA or MBA would be advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 8+ years of experience in a senior finance role, overseeing cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic leadership and operational skills, with experience managing IT, HR, and Payroll functions.
• Excellent ERP system knowledge, preferably SAP.
